If you have been diagnosed with Chiari and the doctors have not mentioned Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) to you, this might seem confusing and the last thing that you want to hear about is another condition that you probably have never heard of, but YOU ARE EXACTLY WHO WE WANT TO REACH!

Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) are hereditary connective tissue disorders affecting collagen, causing hypermobility, skin fragility, and neurological manifestations. Thirteen subtypes exist, with varying symptoms and diagnostic challenges. EDS is associated with Chiari Malformations and other spinal issues, requiring multidisciplinary care. Awareness is crucial to address these conditions, emphasizing the need for comprehensive treatment and support.

We encourage you to follow us social media throughout the entire month of May and see if this connective tissue disorder helps “connect” some missing dots!
