Tinnitus that coincides with ones own heartbeat.  Tinnitus is ringing in the ears which is also described as roaring, clicking, hissing, or buzzing that can be heard in one or both ears with varying pitches and intensity.  Thus, in pulsatile tinnitus, the same can be experienced, however, coinciding in unison with ones own heartbeat.
